• Our door showroom will be temporarily closed and advise that any enquiries for doors, flooring or special machining can still be made by telephone or email.

• There will only be 2 customers allowed in our shop at any one time and there may be a wait at busy periods until a member of staff becomes available..

• Hand sanitizer stations have been introduced throughout our site and we encourage our staff & customers to use these regularly.

• We would urge our customers to pre order materials whenever possible & we can advise when ready for collection.

• We are currently only operating a kerbside delivery service and our staff will not be able to enter your premises.

• Our staff may be unable to help with lifting of heavier items if a distance of 2m cannot be maintained.

• At this time we prefer card payments although cash payments will be taken.

• Perspex screens have been erected on our trade counter & our main sales office.

• We regularly clean down all our hard surfaces, door handles and abide by current social distancing rules at all times.
